We were stranded on trip and they did everything they could to fix our issue. Once the parts arrived from Chevy they had it done the same day. They even gave us a loaner car as we waited on Chevy. I will go back if we ever have another issue in Ridgecrest CA.

They have worked on my older explorer a couple times now and they do nothing but excellent work. They offer rides to and from, which is so convenient and helpful! Everybody there has been nothing but kind. I feel pricing has been fair. You get what you pay for and car expenses are never going to be cheap. Very trustworthy people. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻

The original transmission in my Jeep was showing its age, so the first repair was to install a rebuilt one. Unfortunately, that transmission had problems of its own. Brian at Paul and Sons wasn’t daunted by the setback. He kept digging until he found a solution, and the transmission is now working as it should. Paul and Sons followed through when another shop might have made excuses and left me with a faulty repair. I’ve dealt with shoddy work and disappointing service in many areas, so I especially appreciate it when someone takes responsibility and gets the job done right. Paul and Sons consistently does that. I’ve had the same kind of good experience with a Sears appliance repairman, and I’m grateful for people who take pride in their work.

Took my truck to Paul and Sons recently for some maintenance and to track down a problem with the A/C. Turns out there was no problem, so they didn’t charge me for the diagnostics. Everyone was super helpful and I will be coming back.
