Simply one of the better visits to a repair shop all due to Genesis! As any of us when it comes to our cars breaking down it is a very stressful time. Not that we were any different than most of us, we only have one car. As such I went with my fiancé prior choice at first, the place across the street. WE all know who we are talking about, I called them with a dire need to get our only car fixed A.S.A.P, was greeted on the phone by to be honest rude woman there who proceeded to tell me they were booked three weeks (yes 3 weeks) so due to the attitude I picked up on and the time issue we choose to try Paul's and Son. To be honest I was a bit short with Genesis and within a short moments I felt at ease. we had the car towed to them. I was called with a estimate that was more than either of us really wanted, but again it's our only car and far cheaper than a car payment and or buying someone else's problem when you buy a used car. We choose to do the repair, again I was put to ease by Genesis, She said they wanted to earn our business by the quality and honesty of their shop. We took a chance and man we're we WOW'D. They got our car done in less then two days (no three weeks here) and we know we have found our repair shop as you will if given a chance. Why wait three weeks when you can see for yourself the kindness, compassion and honesty we are all looking for in a car repair place. We are all a bit gun shy when it comes to car repair and lawyers (okay lawyers deserve that) but trust me, go see Genesis and the crew at Paul's and son and you will be rewarded with a honest, fair and compassionate shop and help. Thanks Genesis for making a troubled and stressful time a lot easier!

Bought 4 Firestone Gas Saver Tires. The salesclerk said 70,000 mile tires. Consumer Reports say 60,000 mile tire

Hello James, It appears you may be looking at a different tire on Consumer Reports.The mileage warranty on Firestone Champion Fuel Fighter tires is indeed 70,000 miles. I highly recommend Paul's Automotive. I sought them out to install a new audio system in my 2004 Ford F150. Brian Farris installed the system. I found Brian to be a great communicator. He listened to my concerns, preferences and ideas and worked closely with me to meet each one of them. He kept in touch me with me during the process and was open to new ideas I had during the process. After the initial installation, which was completed in a timely fashion I decided to add another component. The component was back ordered and when Brian had not heard from me for a couple of weeks he called to follow up. I was extremely impressed! It is not often that a business will take the time to follow up with a customer with a personal phone call. When the new component arrived he gave up a weekend to do the installation, something I did not expect or require. Just as the first installation the second was done very professionally and exactly to my specifications. Brian could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend Paul's Automotive! I will be a return customer!

After taking a wrong turn February 18th, my Subaru engine overheated in Pearsonville, CA and it was towed to Paul & Son’s as they were referred by Toyota as very knowledgeable about foreign autos. I had an extended warranty and after talking with them and meeting all three of the generations, coupled with their experience with warranty companies, I left the car for repair. The shop’s condition was impressive as well. Brian (3rd generation) is very knowledgeable regarding warranty companies and if you have a warranty you want this shop dealing with them. We had bit of give and take with the company, and most warranty companies will try to reduce their exposure while Paul & Son’s philosophy is, “they will fix it right, or they won’t do it”, and they live by that rule. After repairs, Paul & Son’s documented that a small amount of hydrocarbons remained in the cooling system but the warranty company felt it was sufficient. This documention proved prophetic, because 77 miles later the head gaskets blew out necessitating an engine rebuild. I had it towed back to Paul & Son’s; as to start over again with another mechanic is very problematic as they will question the first shop’s work, and beginning all over with the warranty company could be very risky. They were so capable my warranty company paid more than the policy’s limits for the repair. I then drove it over 2,200 miles to East TN and it is like a new engine. Do not be penny wise and pound-foolish when it comes to auto repairs. Have it fixed right or not at all. My hat is off to these folks and their expertise.
