I recently moved here from out of state and can't pass a smog test since we do not have those requirements in my home state. So I brought my car here in hopes it wouldn't be too expensive to fix. They said it would cost $200 for a diagnostic. They called me half way thru to tell me my car will cost thousands to repair with just the codes they found so far. They gave me the option of continuing with the diagnostic, or stopping. When I went back for it, they only charged me $60. I really appreciated that!!! Both times I went, there was someone right there at the desk. Professional, friendly, and NOT just trying to take your money. Thx Paul and Sons!!! Even tho we couldn't fix my car 😞

I needed a job done that wasn't just cut and paste, but instead took first hand knowledge and skill to accomplish. Paul & Sons accepted the job when no one else would and accomplished it to satisfaction with no customer oversight needed. Will use again.

Got us in quickly, even when every other shop on town couldn't see us for a week. Prices were fair, service with a smile. Docked them one star, because I took the car in for a specific problem, and they didn't work on the problem until they got my specific permission later in the day.

Awesome customer service great atmosphere Awesome work performed, my ac wasn't working, and needed to be repaired, they replaced the AC compressor, now it's blowing cold air, happy with the work performed would recommend anyone to use Paul &Son's.
